I connect well with my students and believe that anyone can do well if they had the right mindset. I like to create a positive environment where students aren't embarrassed to ask for help. I believe that patience, a positive attitude and a good work ethic are important to success. It is also important for tutors to be able to clearly explain and teach the students the material as opposed to just telling them the answers.
