I have been tutoring professionally now for nearly two years. Familiar with a range of subjects and standardized tests, I can help with English or poetry, writing or engineering. You may be an aspiring engineer, struggling to write a poem, or an aspiring novelist finding coordinate geometry impossible to master. I am on your wavelength. Teaching English and composition is enjoyable to me and I can break down essay writing into the most fundamental basics. School's a major part of the day, taking up 30-70% of a student's waking life. They should never feel subpar or inadequate during such a large chunk of their day. It is my mission to save children from the abyss that school-related anxiety is. In my scholastic career, I excelled quite well, graduating cum laude from the University of California, San Diego, with a Literature in English major and General Biology minor. I aspire to become a college professor of literature.As passionate as I am about teaching and helping students learn and feel good about themselves, I do take my downtime seriously. I play the guitar in my spare time and listen to new music. Also, I enjoy comics, kung fu movies, photography, and animation.
